2. How do I find my subscription account number?
Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your magazine above your name. You can also use your email address to access your account online.




3. When will my subscription begin?
The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Contact our subscriber service department at beautystorebusiness@halldata.com if you believe there's a problem.



4. I'm moving. When should I write to inform you?
Use the change of address tool, located in the Subscriber Service section of our web site. If you mail in a change of address, we need at least eight weeks' notice to ensure uninterrupted service. Please be sure to give us both your OLD and NEW addresses. Include your account number if possible.



5. What if I don't receive an issue?
Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your magazine doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, email our Subscriber Service Department at beautystorebusiness@halldata.com or call (800) 624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.



6. How do I renew my subscription to Beauty Store Business?
Easy! Visit the renew subscription page on our web site. Subscriptions to Beauty Store Business are free to qualified U.S. industry professionals. Other industry professionals located outside the U.S. are asked to pay a nominal amount to cover extra mailing costs. Each year, we will send a series of reminders via mail, email or telephone asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier you respond, the less chance you run of missing an issue.



7. How can I get back issues of Beauty Store Business
Back issues are available for $7.50 each (Canada $13.00, other international $19.00). If you prefer to pay via credit card, call (800) 442-5667 or email amenendez@creativeage.com with your credit card information and shipping instructions. If you prefer to pay via check, simply enclose payment, specify the issues you want and send your order with shipping address to: Beauty Store Business, Attn: Back Issues, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA 91406-2042. Allow four weeks for delivery.



8. Do you put my name or email address on other mailing lists?
If you supply us with your email address, we will use it to send you special subscription offers or other information about your subscription. We may also use your email address to advise you about other products, magazines and events from Beauty Store Business or its parent company Creative Age. If you don't want to receive email from Beauty Store Business, please email beautystorebusiness@halldata.com or call (800) 624-4196.



Email: Beauty Store Business may also send you advertising email messages from time to time on behalf of selected industry partners.
